Delivery Terms & Rates
We understand that the prompt delivery of your order is very important to you. Orders that are received before 2 pm (Irish time) are dispatched on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders received after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Please expect the following delivery times for your order to reach you: within Ireland: 1 to 2 days, outside Ireland: 5 to 10 days . If you have not received your parcel within this time, please check with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you. Should they not have your parcel, please contact us on +353 (0)86 1724814, Mon-Fri 9:30 am-5 pm GMT. For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Herbal Earth. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. At Herbal Earth, we take the utmost care in packaging our products, particularly those which by nature are fragile or delicate. However, should such an item be damaged upon receipt we will be responsible for the costs to refund or replace the damaged item only? Please contact us immediately if your package and its contents have been damaged in transit.
The Contract
A contract will exist between you and Herbal Earth once Herbal Earth accepts your order by e-mail, confirming that your order has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Herbal Earth sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail.) The receipt by you of the order confirmation does not constitute Herbal Earth’s acceptance of the order. Before Herbal Earth accepts the order, verification of some information may be required. Herbal Earth reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order and before dispatch, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of order confirmation. The prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. The prices listed on the herbalearth.ie website for products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong. If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, Herbal Earth shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Herbal Earth shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Herbal Earth reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on the website without incurring any obligation to you. All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the Website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the website.
